L’Air du Tan, the guest house of the Dumas parchment tannery, is a veritable island of calm in the heart of the town. You can enjoy the patio in the shade of the wisteria, while observing Annonay’s last hide dryer, have breakfast in the shelter of the glass roof, and perhaps meet the family cat at the turn of a staircase.
